Ingredients

  • 1/8 teaspoon Nigella Seeds Kalonji
  • 2 Cup Water Pani

Instructions

  • Take a one eighth teaspoon of kalonji seeds and add them to two cups of boiling water.
  • Reduce the water by half and drink up in the morning on empty stomach.

Notes

  • You can also add a spoon of honey and squeeze the juice of half a lemon to this concoction.
  • Do not have too many kalonji seeds in a day as it may lead to digestive issues.
