Green Shot – The Morning Healthy & Detoxifying Green Shot – Last September (2019) I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. And so I embarked on finding various solutions to the problem under the guidance of my friend & Super Yogi (Yoga Trainer) Dia.
I have always strayed away from medicines and I was hell bent upon finding a solution to the diabetic problem. So apart from indulging in Yoga, I started making a few modifications in what I eat.
It was due to this the entire section on Indian Spices and their benefits was created.
These spices and greens are used by us almost on a daily basis, however still there is very little we know about them. Despite being a graduate from a hotel school, I was myself unaware of the powerhouse of health ammo we had in our kitchens already.
All that was needed was a way to incorporate them into our daily diets. I have tried to follow up every spice with a recipe for easy consumption. So do read and incorporate for your own good health.

Today, I bring to you a Green Shot Recipe that incredibly healthy and extremely simple to make with three most underrated greens in a world where people are aware of superfoods and super-veggies.

Toxins are poisonous substances that we inhale or ingest and the removal of these toxins from our body is called detoxification.
The three leaves in this green shot recipe contain antioxidants that capture these free radicals in our body and thus prevent the damage caused by these free radicals. They also flush out toxins from our body and purify our blood.
What are the ingredients for detoxifying green shot recipe?
This Green shot recipe requires ingredients that are usually available in most Indian kitchens. If not, you can just hop over to your local vegetable shop and find them there. You’ll need:

They also contain small amounts of calcium, phosphorous, potassium, thiamine, niacin and carotene. Coriander is used for digestion problems including upset stomach, loss of appetite, nausea, diarrhoea, bowel spasms and intestinal gas.

Ingredients
- 1.5 Tablespoon Mint Leaves Pudina
- 1.5 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves Dhaniya
- 1.5 Tablespoon Curry Leaves Kadi Patta
Instructions
- Clean the leaves thoroughly.
- Blitz them together in a blender
- Pour in a shot glass & drink in one shot

- Ensure you use fresh leaves.
- Clean them thoroughly before blending the green shot.
- Start your day with this shot even before breakfast.
