How to make Kheere ka Raita from scratch at home?
Get your ingredients ready for Kheere Ka Raita Recipe or Cucumber Raita Recipe. Slice n dice quarter of a cucumber while grate the other quarter. You may leave the skin on if you prefer.
Add milk to dahi or yoghurt and mix well until smooth.
Add grated cucumber, cumin powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and salt. Mix it well.
