Drizzle your salads with a little of my homemade orange vinaigrette and it’s done.

Notes: I have used smoked salt but you can use regular salt. I have used freshly cracked peppercorns, however, you can use black pepper if peppercorns are not available. I have used white wine vinegar but you can use any kind especially balsamic.

Fresh oranges work best for an orange vinaigrette recipe. Though, since I didn’t have any fresh oranges but loads of orange juice, I went with it.

Homemade Orange Dressing is simple, easy and comes together in minutes. It tastes delicious is preservative-free and less expensive.

As far as ingredients go, use any oil and any vinegar you like. Extra-virgin olive oil is perfect for salads, but so is any “nice” (read: expensive, cold-pressed, fancy oil). And if you don’t like vinegar simply use lemon juice as a substitute.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Orange Juice I used Dabur Real
  • 1/2 tbsp Honey Dabur Honey
  • 2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 0.25 tsp Salt I used smoked salt
  • 0.25 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Get all the ingredients together.
  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor till smooth.
  • Keep aside for 10 minutes so that the flavours integrate well.
  • Use the dressing for salads as required.
  • Bottle and store the rest in a refrigerator. It will stay good for a month if any is left that is.
