- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes crushed
- 1 can Spanish peanuts (skin on)
- 1 can Salted peanuts (skin on)
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large heavy skillet, heat oil and pepper flakes over medium heat for 1 minute.
- Add the peanuts with skin on.
- Cook and stir for 3-5 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Transfer to a large bowl.
- Sprinkle with chili powder and salt; toss to coat.
- Cool completely.
