How to boil potatoes?

Instructions
First of all, get all your ingredients together.
Then boil your potatoes with half of the salt.
Then add potatoes and rest of the ingredients to the blender.
Blend well till you get a really smooth texture.
Serve hot with your favorite meat dishes.
Notes
For best results, follow the recipe as is. However you can leave out the butter if you'd like or substitute low fat milk for the sour cream.
