Egg Tartine | Egg & Garlic Bread Tartines - No Fuss Snack & Incredible These Garlic Bread & Egg Tartines are quick and easy to make and great for a light breakfast, lunch or even a TV front snack.
Mix everything in a mixing bowl with a spoon until fully combined.
Slice the bread and toast the same in your oven or microwave under convection setting.
Remove to a serving platter once the desired toastiness has been achieved.
Spoon the egg on the bread slices and sprinkle some coriander on top.

Egg salads generally last for 3-5 days when stored in an airtight container in the fridge. So I recommend that you store in the fridge for up to 3-4 days tops and consume by then.
This herby egg mixture tastes fantastic in sandwiches, wraps, and on top of salads too so don’t limit yourself to just these tartines.
