Chocolate Makhana Cookies or Chocolate Fox nut cookies are made from natural ingredients; therefore, they are favourite snacks for kids. Ingredients
- 50 grams Makhana
- 60 grams All-purpose flour maida
- 50 grams Butter
- 50 grams Granulated Sugar
- 1.25 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
Instructions
- Grind makhana and mix it with the all-purpose flour. Set aside
- Mix butter and granulated sugar till well-combined
- Add baking powder & cocoa powder to this mixture.
- Combine makhana & cocoa powder mixtures together.
- Shape the dough into cookies.
- Pre-heated your oven to a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
- Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
