Bacon Wrapped Sausages - Easy Recipe for Parties

The only thing better than a regular hot dog are bacon wrapped sausages! They’re super easy to make either in a grill or an airfryer.
Pair them with onion, pickles, mustard, and ketchup, or spice things up with jalapeño slices, hot sauce, or sriracha.

plus 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar

Instructions
Cut bacon strips widthwise in half; cut sausage links in half.
Wrap a piece of bacon around each piece of sausage.
Place 1/2 cup brown sugar in a shallow bowl; roll sausages in sugar. Secure each with a toothpick.
Place in a large tray. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat air fryer to 325°. Sprinkle wrapped sausages with 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
In batches, arrange sausages on a single layer in greased tray in air-fryer basket.
Cook until bacon is crisp, 30 minutes, turning once.
Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon brown sugar and serve.
Notes
Center-cut bacon slices are shorter, so they won't leave any bacon overhang.
For a zing, you can sprinkle cracked black pepper over the bacon wrapped sausage.
