Get your ingredients ready. Chop the tomatoes, ginger & garlic. Clean the dates.
Put them in a pressure cooker on the stove with salt & black pepper.
Add in 100 ml. of water to the ingredients.
Cover and cook till you hear the four whistles.
Switch off the heat and allow to cool naturally.
When it cools down, pass it through a metal sieve and strain it into a saucepan.
Bring the mixture in the saucepan to a boil and simmer.
Add basil leave, nigella seeds and butter.
Check and correct the seasoning.
