- 500 gram Potatoes Patatas
- 1/2 cup Alioli or Garlic Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Garlic Chives Fresh & Finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
Get your ingredients ready.
Boil potatoes or patatas.
Let them cool down completely at room temperature.
Add the alioli and salt and stir to coat potatoes completely.
Garnish with freshly chopped garlic chives.
Keep in the fridge in a sealed container for at least one hour or until it’s cold.
You can also serve patatas alioli immediately.
Store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 4 days.
