  • 1 Tablespoon Mint Leaves Pudina
  • 1 Cup Water Paani


  • Wash to clean mint leaves.
  • Heat water (do not boil).
  • Steep Mint Leaves in water for ten (10) minutes.
  • Drink up :)


  • Use fresh mint leaves for this recipe. it is not as effective with dried mint.
