  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh sage or
  • 1 Teaspoon of Dried sage
  • 1 Cup of water
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice Optional & to taste
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Sweetener Optional & to taste


  • Boil the cup of water.
  • Add sage (fresh or dried) and steep for 7 minutes.
  • Use a strainer in order to remove leaves.
  • Add any lemon juice or sweetener to suit your taste.
  • You can enjoy this drink hot or cold!
