  • 4 Piece 3 sprigs of fresh thyme (or 1 sprig of dried thyme)

  • Place the thyme sprigs into a sauce pan.
  • Pour 2 cups of boiling water on the leaves.
  • Cover, and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
  • Remove the sprigs before drinking.
