Get your ingredients ready.
Grate and boil the bottle gourd or lauki.
Whisk the yoghurt till smooth. If you feel that the yoghurt is too thick, you can add 4 tablespoons of milk to it
Add lauki to the yoghurt and mix well.
Add salt, black salt and cumin powder to the yoghurt and mix well.
Garnish with red chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves.
