Take mutton mince in a mixing bowl.
Add all ingredients except for both sauces, salt, pepper and pimento (or Kashmiri red chilli powder) to the bowl and mix well.
Combine the sauces, salt, pepper and pimento (or Kashmiri red chilli powder) and add to the mutton mince mix. Mix well and set aside.
Take some olive oil and apply it to your hand.
Scoop out the mince and press gently with your other hand till they are disc-shaped.
Put on a platter and repeat the process.
Once your patties are ready, drizzle them with olive oil and freeze for 30 minutes.
Remove from freezer after 30 minutes and refrigerate them for another 30 minutes. This will bind the mutton burger patty nicely.
When you are ready to cook, add some olive oil to the pan and place the patty on it gently.
Cook for 4 minutes each side and it’s done.
Serve as a burger or just a cutlet with some salad and french fries.
