  • 1 Piece Mango
  • 1 Piece Apple
  • 2 Piece Tomatoes
  • 200 ml Coconut Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey Optional


  • Wash and clean all ingredients.
  • Add all ingredients into the blending jar and blitz on high till everything becomes really smooth.
  • Pour into tall glasses and drink up the goodness.


  • Use fresh and juicy sweet mangoes.
  • Avoid adding sugar, use honey instead.
