  • 200 gram Maggi Atta Noodles Use half a packet
  • 200 gram Bitter Chocolate Buono – Turkish Bitter Chocolate
  • 75 ml Coffee Cafelux – Turkish Brand
  • 75 gram Butter Amul
  • 250 gram Cream Amul
  • 2 tbsp Honey


  • Get the double boiler going. And break the chocolate into it.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, add the shot of coffee and mix well.
  • Next, add butter and cream and mix well till totally incorporated.
  • Add honey and mix well till the mixture is silky smooth.
  • Break down Maggi atta noodles into really small pieces.
  • Add to the lovely ganache and coat well.
  • Remove from the double boiler and ladle into shot glasses.
  • Refrigerate to set and serve cold.
