Get the double boiler going. And break the chocolate into it.
Once the chocolate is melted, add the shot of coffee and mix well.
Next, add butter and cream and mix well till totally incorporated.
Add honey and mix well till the mixture is silky smooth.
Break down Maggi atta noodles into really small pieces.
Add to the lovely ganache and coat well.
Remove from the double boiler and ladle into shot glasses.
Refrigerate to set and serve cold.
