  • 2 Piece Egg Boiled
  • 1 Piece Tomatoes Medium
  • 1 Piece Onions Medium
  • 2 Piece Green Chillies
  • 2 Tablespoon Coriander Finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Mint Finely chopped
  • 3 Tablespoon Caesar Dressing
  • 0.25 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

  • Get your ingredients ready. Boil the eggs.
  • Chop the eggs really small.
  • Mince the onions and finely chop the tomatoes
  • Finely chop green chillies, coriander and mint.
  • Add Caesar dressing to the veggies.
  • Mix everything in a mixing bowl with a spoon until fully combined.
  • Slice the bread and toast the same in your oven or microwave under convection setting.
  • Remove to a serving platter once the desired toastiness has been achieved.
  • Spoon the egg on the bread slices and sprinkle some coriander on top.

  • Egg salads generally last for 3-5 days when stored in an airtight container in the fridge. So I recommend that you store in the fridge for up to 3-4 days tops and consume by then.
  • This herby egg mixture tastes fantastic in sandwiches, wraps, and on top of salads too so don’t limit yourself to just these tartines.
