The establishment of the Museum in 2011 was done with the support of Brigadier Ananth Narayanan, Brigade Commander from Kasauli.
Anand Sethi, a resident of Dagshai Hills, helped Brigadier Ananth Narayanan in the curation of the museum with vintage and archival photographs and other material sourced from India, the U.K., and Ireland.
Brigadier Ananth Narayanan also got the Khushwant Singh Literary Festival (KSLF) ever since it began in 2012, at the Kasauli Club in the cantonment hill station of Kasauli, a short distance from Chandigarh.
