What exactly is ganache?
Chocolate ganache is a 1:1 mixture of chocolate and warm cream. They are stirred until smooth, silky, and shiny mixture is formed. A ganache is a staple in any baker’s kitchen. It’s not only easy and quick, it’s uniquely versatile.
What is Chocoffee Ganache
I have modified the recipe and replaced chocolate with a mixture of bitter chocolate and a healthy shot of freshly brewed coffee. Hence, the term Chocoffee Ganache was coined.
How can I flavour ganache?
Ganache elevates any dessert recipe to a whole new level with its ultra chocolaty flavour and rich, creamy, and luscious texture. In this case I have flavoured it with coffee.
You can also substitute 1 to 2 ounces of the cream with a flavoured liqueur such as Grand Marnier or Bailey’s.
You can also add 2 tablespoons to a 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter or Nutella along with the chopped chocolate to the hot cream.

Ganache with Maggi Atta Noodles is an incredibly simple recipe to make. It is lusciously delicious.
Ganache is a mixture of molten chocolate, cream and flavouring that can be eaten just like that or used as a filling, frosting and glazing. This crunchy one is meant to be eaten just like that for sheer indulgence.
I have an invitation to a party tonight. The food theme of the party is Maggi noodles. Noodles of different types that we will make and eat. Good old Maggi and several different styles. Splendid.
As we were talking Maggi noodles, I decided to do a dessert. A chocolate and coffee ganache with Maggi atta noodles that would be served as a decadent dessert post the savoury course.
I had some Turkish bitter chocolate lying with me which came in handy. since I wanted to blend in some coffee some Turkish coffee came in handy as well. The recipe so conjured up, I got down to work and this is what happened.
Note: You can use any flavourings for the ganache that you wish. Orange zest, cinnamon will go very well. Use a good quality bitter chocolate. You can use instant coffee if you do not have ground coffee beans to brew.
Add the noodles at the end. We don’t want them to cook through. Be creative and it’ll show in the end result.
