मिली जुली सब्ज़ीयों का सलाद बनाने की विधि।
- सारी सामग्री बटोर लें। प्याज़ को लम्बा काट लें।बेसन को भून लें, धनिया, अदरक और हरी मिर्च को काट लें।
- तेल को कढ़ाई में गरम कर लें और प्याज़ लाल कर लें।
- दही को छोड़ के बाकी सारी सामग्री को मिक्सी में चला लें और पेस्ट बना लें।
- अब दही और पेस्ट को अच्छे से मिला लें।
- कबाब के मसले को फ़्रिज में ठंडा कर लें।
- अब २” की टिक्की में बना लें।
- मिली जुली सब्ज़ीयों का सलाद की टिक्की को ब्रेड crumbs से अच्छे से लपेट लें।
- तेल या घी को अच्छे से गरम कर के एक मिनट के लिए दोनो तरफ़ से तल लें।
- मिली जुली सब्ज़ीयों का सलाद प्याज़ के छल्लों और हरी चटनी के साथ परूसें।
