Ingredients
- 1/8 teaspoon Nigella Seeds Kalonji
- 2 Cup Water Pani
Instructions
- Take a one eighth teaspoon of kalonji seeds and add them to two cups of boiling water.
- Reduce the water by half and drink up in the morning on empty stomach.
Notes
- You can also add a spoon of honey and squeeze the juice of half a lemon to this concoction.
- Do not have too many kalonji seeds in a day as it may lead to digestive issues.
