Ingredients
- 1 Cup Chopped Bananas
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 10 Number Ice Cubes
- 1/2 tsp walnut flakes
Instructions
- Add the oats in a mixer and blend to a fine powder.
- Add almond milk, bananas, vanilla essence and ice-cubes and blend till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Pour into 2 glasses, garnish with walnut flakes and serve.

Can I store my smoothie for later?
This banana and oats smoothie is best right after you blend it up. But you can make smoothies in advance! Store them up to 1 day, refrigerated in a sealed container or a mason jar with the lid on.
