Pasandah.In Sushant Lok Gurgaon Food Experience

My craving for affordable biryani found me Pasandah.in Gurgaon. They are located in Sushant Arcade, the culinary melting pot in Sushant Lok. Their reaosnably good ratings on Zomato encouraged me to order some food in.

I was ordering for myself. So, my limited order comprised of Mughlai Mutton Dum Biryani and a Pasandah Non Veg Tikka Mix. 

The food came in quick via Zomato delivery. Very fastidious and much appreciated. The packaging was quite disappointing. In fact, the Tikka packaging was leaking and hence messy & tacky.

The food on the other hand was just plain. There was nothing really grand about it. The biryani had a nice aroma with a good rice to meat ratio. Proper garnishes were there too. The salan on the other hand was cold. This spoilt the experience. The tikkas were average. Overcooked and charred from the top and undercooked/uncooked from within.

Their food on the other hand does well it seems and you may want to check it out yourself. I will pass since there are better options for similar pricing in the Gurgaon culinary arena.

The Cuisine at Pasandah.in Gurgaon

Pasandah.in does North India and Mughlai cuisine. Surprisingly, it was their tandoori preperations caused my disappointment. It seems people appreciate their Butter Chicken Boneless, Rolls, Chicken Biryani, Kadhai Murgh, Tikkas, Dal Makhani, Naan. Some of these should be your initial choice if you wish to experience their gourmet prowess.

The Service

Delivery was expeditious but done by a Zomato valet. Packaging is disastrous and you may wish that you should have worn an apron after opening the food packages.
