Burger Singh Review, My Review of Burger Singh Sushant Lok
Having heard about Burger Singh in Gurgaon and noting it’s phenomenal growth, I decided to give it a try. A lot of friends also raved about it so I kind of felt obliged to order.
Plus, my love for burgers takes me to places and Burger Singh Sushant Lok was just a “Zomato Order” away.
First Impression: The Zomato app was easy to order from. The high points were the timely delivery of my order, great funky packaging with neatly laid out food.
Coupled with their freebie and sugarcane juice courtesy of my Zomato Treats subscription looked like a good spread for two people on my dinner table.
The lasting impression, unfortunately, was not the same. We found the Scarlett chicken wings to be positively insipid. The Dilli 6 fries were totally dried out and were an insult to us warm-hearted Delhiwalas.
The White Guy Burger had a burger bun that started to crumble the moment I picked it up and on the top had an extremely dried-out meat patty.
Not a value for money or taste that I was looking for or expected from an outlet that was being spoken about so positively. But as I always say “Don’t judge the food by its packaging”. One more example props up.
To sum it up: Severely disappointed. Don’t think will ever risk ordering again with other delicious artisanal and scrumptious burgers available in town.
