This recipe is very different from the sweet eggy bread and it does carry a chilly punch being a savoury version.
However, it is also a great way to start your day. Further, it has the goodness of eggs, garlic bread, onions and green chillies.

You can use any kind of vegetable with eggs, I used the classic combination of onions, tomato and capsicum. You can always skip even the onions, tomatoes mint and bell pepper.
You can even add parsley to this or even grated carrots. In my mind, this is a quick recipe when you have guests at home, and you just want to make something quick but palatable.

Ingredients
- 4 Slices Garlic Bread Try and get the round one
- 4 Piece Eggs
- 1 Piece Onion Medium & Finely chopped
- 2 Piece Green Chillies Finely Chopped
- 0.5 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- First of all, get all your ingredients together.
- Next, whisk eggs, onions & green chillies really well till fluffy.
- Then add salt & pepper and whisk a bit more.
- Take a slice of garlic bread and dip it into the beaten egg mixture.
- Let the bread soak up the egg.
- Layer it with onions and green chillies.
- Place it on the frying pan and cook on both sides till the egg dries up totally and the bread turns crispy. Your garlic masala eggy toast is ready.
- Serve with some tomato ketchup & enjoy your breakfast.
Notes
- Preferably use a firm bread for this garlic masala eggy bread recipe
- If using a softer bread, keep the bread slices in the refrigerator for at least 30 mins
- Chop the garlic, onions and chillies as finely as you can, this way they will stick easily to the bread
- Whip up the spicy egg mixture in a wide bowl in which you can easily soak the bread
- Use a non-stick fry pan to shallow fry the eggy bread.

Ingredients
- ४ नग स्लाइस लेहसुनी ब्रेड गोल आकार की
- ४ नग अंडे
- १ नग मध्य वर्ग का प्याज़ बारीक काट हुआ
- २ नग हरी मिर्च बारीक कटी हुई
- १/२ छोटा चमच नमक
- १/२ छोटा चमच काली मिर्च
Instructions
- सबसे पहले सारी समग्री एकत्रित कर लें।
- अंडे, प्याज़ और हरी मिर्च को साथ फेंट लें।
- अब इसमें नमक और काली मिर्च मिला कर थोड़ा और फेंट लें।
- लेहसुनी ब्रेड को इसमें भिगो लें।
- अगर प्याज़ और हरी मिर्च ठीक से ना चिपकी हो तो एक परत दोनो तरफ़ लगा लें।
- फ़रिंग पैन में थोड़ा तेल गरम कर लें और ब्रेड को दोनो तरफ़ से अच्छे से पका लें।
- टमाटर की सॉस के साथ नाश्ते में परोसें।
