Tandoori Chicken Burrito Recipe – Great for a Quick Snack
Tandoori Chicken Burrito is as quick to make as it is to eat. So if you have tandoori chicken leftovers, this is a great way to use them.
Having said this, if you are a Punjabi and you have tandoori chicken leftovers, I’ll be really suspicious about you.
I actually ordered tandoori chicken for this recipe, but I ensured there were leftovers for the Tandoori Chicken Burrito.
This burrito is really easy to assemble, and it goes amazingly with my Kiwi Salsa. It tastes even better if you dunk it into my tangy Mint Coriander Chutney.
For quite some time, I’ve been thinking that Indian food would be a good filler for a burrito.
After all, flour tortillas are a really excellent blank canvas for all kinds of flavours. Including our Indian flavours.
I used my leftover homemade tandoori chicken as the base for the burrito, then just piled on all kinds of other wonderful ingredients. The result was delectable.
In fact, I had an Indian burrito for lunch today and then couldn’t wait to have it again for dinner.
The Process is really simple and the results are splendid. Hence, if you are a bachelor, then you will never ever be tired of this recipe. So have a go at this and drop me a comment on how did you fare sometime soon.
