Perfectly sautéed mushrooms are tender, brown, and never soggy. The key to a deep rich flavour and making the best-sautéed mushrooms is to give them time to caramelize. And don’t forget to add aromatics like garlic, onions and/or herbs, along with salt and pepper to allow the mushrooms to absorb those flavours.
In fact, you can make it any time you want since it is quick to make and doesn’t need a lot of preparation. In fact, this is a very friendly dish for bachelors who like mushrooms.

These perfect sauteed mushrooms are one of my absolute favourite dishes on earth – they are hearty, taste meaty, are a little salty, and so incredibly delicious.
You can use them as a side for pasta, chops, chicken, and fish – they will be one of your all-time favourite side dishes.
In fact, after making countless pounds of mushrooms over the years, I’ve gotten rather good at it.

Tip for my vegan friends: You can simply replace butter with vegan butter or any light vegetable oil to make sauteed mushrooms.
I have made this recipe quite successfully with coconut as well as rice bran oil.

The Process to make the Sauteed Mushrooms Recipe
- First of all, get all your ingredients together and cut the mushrooms into triangles.
- Next, melt butter in your cooking pan or dish and saute onions and garlic till it is nice and fragrant.
- Then, add the mushroom and thyme.
- Season with salt and pepper and cover the lid till mushroom cooks through.
- Serve with some crackers or as a side to your main course.

भूने खुंब बनाने की विधि।
- सारी सामग्री एकत्रित कर लें और खुंब को त्रिकोण के भागों में काट लें।.
- मखन पिघाल कर इसमें लहसुन और प्याज़ भून लें।
- अब इसमें खुंब (मशरूम) और अजवाइन के फूल (सूखे हुए) डाल लें।
- नमक और काली मिर्च डाल के अच्छे से पका लें।
- नमकीन क्रैकर्ज़ के साथ या खाने में सब्ज़ी की तरह परोसें।
