When the egg split, Lord Brahma emerged to create the 14 Lokas (seven higher realms and seven netherworlds), along with time dimensions like Yugas, Manvantaras, and Kalpas.

2. The Adhyatma Ramayana

One of the most important embedded texts within the Brahmanda Purana is the Adhyatma Ramayana (“Spiritual Ramayana”).
